1. Scope of application

The purchase and sale contracts concluded through electronic commerce https://feelyouroptimum.co.uk/ between Hifas da Terra S.L. and the consumer will be governed by the following General Contracting Conditions.

6. Price

The prices shown include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are indicated in euros. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated do not include shipping costs. Deliveries made to destinations outside the European Union may involve additional costs and may be subject to fees and taxes, especially those of a customs nature and on value added to imports. All expenses incurred by the non-EU destination will be assumed by the buyer.

7. Delivery

The products offered on the website will only be sent to addresses in Spain.

All purchases made before September 1 (pre-order) will be shipped starting September 1, 2022.

Orders placed before 11:00 in the morning, if payment has been confirmed, will be shipped the same day*. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m., once payment is confirmed, will leave the warehouses the business day after processing*.

In Spain, deliveries will be made to the regions of the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. No shipments will be made outside the mentioned delivery areas. The delivery time is:

Standard: 48-72 hours*
European Standard (Ceuta and Melilla): 72-96 hours *

*As of September 1, 2022.

The delivery time always refers to business days so it does not include weekends or holidays.

10. Transfer of risk

11. Information on withdrawal for consumers

Consequences of withdrawal
